The Blake at Taos Ski Valley

We stayed four nights at The Blake with our pup and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed — valet, front desk, spa staff, everyone. That kind of warmth isn’t automatic; it’s intentional, and it shows. Our room was gorgeous and fully appointed, honestly exceeding our expectations. Thoughtful details, comfort, and a true sense of care made it feel like a mountain home rather than just a hotel room. The ski valet team deserves a special shout-out. They were absolute pros while still feeling like friends by the end of our stay. Our gear was always perfectly prepped, handled with care, and ready when we were — which made skiing effortless and enjoyable every single day. We dined at 192 and were blown away. Outstanding food and a superb wine list that clearly reflects intention and quality. You can really feel the care and investment being poured into the entire operation, from hospitality to dining to guest experience. This place strikes that rare balance of luxury and genuine friendliness — cozy, welcoming, and polished without ever feeling stuffy. We left already talking about when we’ll come back.

It's always a good time at The Blake. It's a lesser known gem. Usually go to Breckinridge with the boys but several years ago took them to Taos at a recommendation of a buddy. Been coming back every season since then. Everything is walkable and not a terrible drive from the PHX valley.

Our family recently stayed at the Blake for the first time and were extremely impressed. The property is beautiful! Staying steps away form the primary lift is a luxury, but not as luxurious as the rooms. Ample space, especially for winter activites and the pool/spa/exercise facility is so nice. Truly had an amazing family stay and can't wait to return. Thank You!

This was our second stay, and we had another wonderful experience at The Blake. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and after a rough travel day getting in, we were immediately welcomed by the most amazing staff. Jules was absolutely incredible from the moment we checked in and throughout our entire stay. We were greeted with birthday champagne in the room, and she later surprised us by sending up cupcakes, which made the celebration even more special. The property is beautiful and perfectly located—close to everything. Everyone we interacted with, from the front desk staff to valet and ski valet, was outstanding. A special shoutout to Jules, Mike, Enrique, Michael, Andrew, and Travis for making our stay truly memorable. We can’t wait to return!

Had an amazing stay here, clean rooms, walls and floors are solid and can’t hear anyone in halls or above you, very well built. The pool was always clean and taken care of, clean gym and the gift shop was awesome! The location is amazing! A dream in my opinion. Will return in the winter to ski.

I absolutely love staying at The Blake! It's the ultimate ski in, ski out experience, valet parking, inviting mountain chic vibe, and super friendly/helpful staff!! Best place to stay when visiting Taos.

Beautiful resort in the summer. Visited first week of August. Perfect weather 60s-70s. Can’t wait to visit in the winter to ski. Spacious rooms. Quality service. Pet friendly. Great trails. Check out Red River for a cool daytime getaway.

We went to taos ski valley, to the Blake. Beautiful place. Looked inside, it had great customer service. Looks like a wonderful place to stay. We went there to do a lockout service for somebody who locked their keys in their car. I'd like to go back spend some time and stay there with my wife
